Bought my fireplace here in Ballina from bbqs galore and couldn’t be happier, from the first conversation to the installation and finished they were excellent,
Do not shop here!!! Seriously. Shocking customer service. We were very misguided over a purchase of a stove (which we didn’t even take possession of) and offered to pay for the transport back to the supplier. Bob the owner charged us a 15% restocking fee. Shifting the blame on the supplier. He offered no compromise in the situation despite us acting reasonably (we had said we’d pay freight) This is illegal and we will be taking matters up with the disputes tribunal. The young woman who spoke to us while we were looking at various wood burning heaters was very knowledgable and most informative. She also had a good sense of humour and wasn't pushy.
Great blokes with top advise. Cheapest gas bottle fill in town!
