Helpful, did me some good deals over last year's Black Friday, friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you out. It might get busy some times and you have to wait but theres a reason why.

Worst customer experience I have had in many years. I purchased a Nexgrill online for a 2 hour click and collect (store noted as in stock) only to be rung 1 hour later and told that they didn’t actually have any stock but they might have some next week. I immediately requested a refund only to be advised after 3 phone calls that it would take 7 to 14 days to refund my money.
