I purchased a pizza oven in September 2025 for over $3,500 and paid in full at the time of purchase. While I eventually received the oven, I have still not received the cover that was supposed to be supplied with it. I have contacted the store management multiple times and was repeatedly told it would arrive “next month” or “in two months.” As of 7 February, the cover has still not been delivered.
