I purchased an Artiss dining set online from the BG website, where the seller is Paradise Range. While the packing was good, the delivery was timely, and all the boxes were in neat condition, the table surface was shipped with chipping on one of the corners. Contacted BG and received a replacement. Great service!
Customer service staff were friendly and helpful, however they did not have the stock of an item but had in Melbourne but wouldn’t it see before Xmas and when asked to by the floor stock for a Xmas present, request was denied by the manager.
