Owner was extremely helpful about inbuilt wood heaters
The in store staff are fantastic but online staff in customer care are appalling. We ordered and paid for outdoor dining setting on November 13. It has still not arrived. BBQ Galore cant tell me where the item is but refused to refund so we can buy an alternative product. The item was a gift for our father who is turning 90 and now we have no gift. My advice is to never buy from BBQ Galore online. Our experience has been horrific.
My parents had been searching for something quite particular to put on their outdoor entertainment area. They were being so fussy and has taken them years.! They stumbled across barbecues galore and ordered their fa setting. The staff were friendly, informative, and helpful, and deserve five stars.!!
