I'd advise to not buy their Firehawk Thermometer products.. useless customer service rep will redirect you to the store but no one knows anything about them to assist with troubleshooting. Out of warranty = $100 garbage.
Exceptional service at BBQ Galore Alexandria. I placed an online order and it was ready when I arrived on a Saturday, no waiting at all. The staff were friendly, knew their products, and took the time to answer my questions properly. They brought everything out and loaded it straight into my car in the outside car park, which made the whole pickup easy. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I walked away genuinely impressed with the team.
