A big shout out to Mike at BBQs galore Alexandria for service above and beyond ! After several failed attempts at the delivery of our replacement Ziggy - Mike put the bbq in his own vehicle and delivered it all the way on to our patio.( after he finished his shift for the day ! )🤩 Thanks again Mike and have a happy Easter.
IWaited a week for my new $1000 barbecue to arrive, only to discover it was damaged right out of the box. The very first step of assembly came to a halt because the rear drawer wouldn’t budge. On closer inspection, the entire base of the main unit was bent — it looks like it was dropped before being packed. Now my living room is covered in unpacked parts, I can’t reassemble it, and I have no idea how to get it all back into the box for a return. Extremely frustrating experience. To be honest it didn’t start well…. but thanks to Mike the Store Manager stepping in and coming up with a solution it ended well.Mike came up with a solution and although it meant driving to the Auburn store, I just wanted my problem fixed and my Triple burner Ziggy cooking again. I have been a long time BBQ Galore customer having purchased our Triple Ziggy, KJoe and our Pizza Oven from BBQ Galore over the years. Yes you can buy cheaper elsewhere…overall value for money, customer service makes it worthwhile
