BBQ Galore is fantastic! The store has a great selection of quality products, and the team makes shopping a breeze. A special shout-out to Hassan—he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he provide expert advice, but he also spoke multiple languages, making the experience easy and welcoming for all customers. Excellent service! Highly recommend!
Customer service is really a hit and miss at this place. I dealt with Andrew who was very knowledgeable, outlined various styles and features to the various bbqs at hand, which resulted in us placing a down payment a four burner bbq. Later in the day we went past to have the remaining balanced paid to hopefully have the bbq pick up however Andrew had left for the day and wasn’t able to assist.
