Not one for bad reviews but after reading the previous one written 5 days earlier it seems this is a common occurrence. Very disappointing customer experience at BBQ Galore Narre Warren. I ordered a BBQ and collected it on 24/12/2025 at 4pm right before they closed. Due to an invoice/payment issue on their end, I received four voicemail messages between that day and Boxing Day from Jamie, demanding I return to the store to settle it.
