RACIST & HOMOPHOBIC SALESPEOPLE!!! That was the most uncomfortable car buying experience I have ever had. Having purchased 4 new vehicles since 2020, this experience started great with ****** (the Sales Rep that has been in contact with us via email and texts). Bad service, again! Bought a 2020 raptor w/service package. 2 of 5 oil changes resulted in leaked oil on my garage floor. Multiple trips in, bad attitude from front desk, and service managers offering nothing above and beyond requested service and repair of mistake. Shame on me for trusting this company a 2nd time. Good bye ******.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this dealership. I would have given zero stars if it were an option. I highly recommend you buy your vehicle from ANYWHERE other than this dealership. General Manager ********************* is standoffish, condescending, and downright disrespectful. The culture of the entire dealership is one that would rather argue and fight with you than to hear your concerns or support you with your service needs. I am writing you today because of the nonstop gross negligence and incompetence that I have dealing with for the last 2+yrs. I bought my vehicle at this dealership and thought my vehicle, safety and peace of mind would be taken care of. I was very wrong. We had been speaking with a sales rep for over a week regarding a used car we were very interested in purchasing. He kept asking when we would be available to test drive it and each time we said we were coming, the car was not available. First, the owner had taken it, then it was undergoing repairs. In regards to service, run far away! I made an appointment to bring in my work van for a simple tune up (plugs and maybe wires). I dropped off the vehicle at 9a and heard nothing back from the service rep, Joel. The next morning, I texted him and he told me that they hadn't had time to look at it and my appt was for to just "drop off the vehicle" . What a joke! Brought my newly purchased F150 to be repaired under warranty. The "sync 3" system, was malfunctioning. After diagnostics, they asked me to bring it in another day, at 7:00AM, to replace the module, that would fix the issue. They kept it all day, and finally got to it late afternoon. Upon vehicle return, I was ensured the vehicle was fixed. It took no time to realize that the same issues were still there. I again, called the service dept. to inform them.
