I was racially profiled at this office, I am as white as a sheet of paper but as I continuously told the scheduler I had private, corporate provided insurance she insisted that their office didn’t take Medicaid. She kept repeating my name and that they didn’t take Medicaid. Sadly this dentist lives in my neighborhood— so on top of being racially profiled by his office workers I have to see him regularly. Definitely keep looking for a dentist.

Not any good! I had been recently been in a horse related accident which resulted in my jaw being broken. My mother tried calling while I was still in the hospital and tried cancelling my appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely rude about the whole situation. When I went to there to have them look at my mouth (It was still wired shut and I had a few issues with the wire) they said they would put my condition in on my files. Wonderful experience time after time! Dr. Barbee and his staff have been excellent to work with. They are so patient with our toddler, and have gone out of their way to make him feel comfortable while providing exemplary care. He is also wonderful with patients who have disabilities. I have heard countless times from parents of my students how highly they recommend Dr. Barbee and his staff.
