I live here currently and I am very disappointed by the lack of care these people have over us residents. Myself and my boyfriend who also lives here has called and emailed multiple times about another resident that has been harassing us and is rumored to not even be on the lease. They are constantly making loud noise, threatening violence and Barbary knolls hasn’t done a single thing but ignore our complaints to them. Very disappointed and can’t wait to move
I lived here for 3 years and it was an amazing experience. The owners really work with you to make sure you are taken care of. I had issues with move in and move out dates but they worked it out too make sure to make sure I had a place without paying extra. All Maintenance request were taken care of within 24 hours and if something was broke it was replaced with Brand new no questions. 0 complaints, 5/5 best apartment/renting experience I have ever had!
My husband and I have been living here for over a year now and it’s great! The managers are very nice, the apartment is very spacious and we love living here! We highly recommend Barbary Knolls.
