I am a renter, and this property management company is a joke. No one knows what is going on, and the buck is always passed. They take forever to get someone to fix something, and most of the time, it looks like the repair was done by an amateur. When they call to say someone is coming out, they usually give 15 minutes notice. I see the realty portion of the business gets top ratings... the way they handle repairs will make me avoid purchasing housing involving this company at all costs.
