This was our first time eating here. I often rate a restaurant on how much attention they pay to details. If the water tastes good i know i am going to be taken care of. Check. Second on my list is the bread. We got warm freshly baked bread. Yum. Being a European i love pork but i am often skittish ordering it in restaurants as it is often overcooked.
