I really miss the old owner she was so sweet and caring. 1st Time I took my poodle in for her grooming and when I picked her up she had a been shaved between her eyes so bad she was bleeding. 2nd time I took her in for her grooming I made a and appointment and when I got there the guy (owner) behind the counter was so rude when I asked him how long did he think it would be and please don't shave her face. As always, the best treatment for my furbabies! I love it here. Jose does the best work and is so gentle with my little monsters. I tell everyone that I've had the BEST groomer for almost 3 years now. I won't take my boys anywhere else!
