Posting for my sister because her review has not been posted/being hidden... I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon here. I spent a total of 9.5 hours here: from 10am-7:30pm just to leave in tears and with my hair fried off. I came in for a simple color and cut. I have never been to a Salon in my entire life and I’m thankful for my first experience I was able to come here! The vibe is so friendly and lively! Staff is so perky , sweet and accommodating! The interior is very cozy and cute too! I had the privilege of working with Nadia and she absolutely nailed it! Nadia was attentive , determined and professional about achieving my vision for me to get the exact look I desired! Took her time and made sure to go above and beyond! Thank you Nadia!! Was nervous since this was my first time going to a proper hair salon to get my curly hair styled, and the minute I walked in all that nervousness just washed away. The vibes are immaculate and so welcoming; everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My stylist, Nadia, absolute magician. This place is not actually LGBT friendly or even safe for trans people . I went here in the fall and had an appointment and was told they couldn’t do anything for me then told me to use WD40 in my hair which would have created chemical burns and ruined my hair . My friend who is in the beauty industry helped me by helping me restore my hair with Olaplex which actually worked and restored my hair I am convinced there is no way they would’ve said this to a non trans person.
