Barbara is an amazing realtor. We were a difficult situation with selling our house and then buying a new one. Mainly due to the age of our prior house and the new buyer getting financing. There were a few times where things looked grim, but she pushed through and kept us going. I half jokingly told her I didn't want much, but one requirement was the house was at least 75 years newer. Barbara is an EXCELLENT realtor. Use her if you need …. You will not be disappointed. She is knowledgeable, professional, so easy to work with, much fun (!!), keeps you informed every step of the way, goes out of her way to make sure that things go smoothly, keeps things on schedule (i.e. closing is on time), and is a genuine person who cares.
