Please be careful working with Barbara, we purchased a home from her back in May. We asked her sellers to patch and paint walls, it was a part of our contract,they had a large amount of holes in every wall of the home) many of the holes being very big not just a regular nail hole. Upon moving in we moved into a filthy house, trash cans full in the rooms, pee in the toilet, fridge, microwave, etc. filthy.
