I needed advice about housing prices between Oceanside and Carlsbad as well as conducting a buy versus leasing/renting analysis. Barbara Whisenant was referred to me by a client. Barbara Whisenant is without a doubt, they best realtor in Carlsbad. Meaning she has the BEST negotiation skills to get you the BEST price possible, her knowledge of the area sets her apart from any other realtor and she is very easy and fun to work with.

Barbara Whisenant was both professional and friendly throughout the whole transaction. She kept in contact with me and if anything came up that needed attending to she was taking care of it right there and then. I would recommend her to both my family and friends and I would know they would be taking care of without a worry. Thank you Barbara!

Best Realtor in So Cal!

From the very first day when I had listed my property, Barbara Whisenant with Realty One Group came out in the rain to take pictures to get our property listed. Then, she quickly came back and updated the outside pictures on the first sunny day. I have worked with several realtors in the past, even a family member who was a realtor, and have never received the level of service and professionalism that Barbara shows. I can be quite difficult at times, and Barbara was able to handle all the challenges that I had for her. With Barbara, it was never a ""problem"", only a ""challenge"". If she did not know the answer, she said so, but she would go the extra mile to find the answer. Barbara is the type of person who delivers on what she says. She will not tell you things just to make you happy, she might not tell you what you ""want"" to hear, but she will definitely tell you what you ""need"" to hear. Anyone would be very lucky to use her services whether selling or buying. I would recommend Barbara Whisenant and Realty One Group to anyone selling or buying a home
