The first time I went in she realeased trauma I has been holding and throughout our session I cried terribly. Not because of her or pain but because I had so much my muscles were holding onto.A few months ago I was having reoccurring migraines from a muscle injury in my shoulder and neck. Best Massage for muscular tension or stress. She will find it. I have had many massages including the Hotel Hershey and she is by far the best. Every time I go she does the same great job. Thank You Barb!

I appreciate how Barbara made me comfortable at my first deep tissue massage in nearly a decade. She excels at open, clear communication, which set me at ease throughout the whole experience. Barbara was very friendly and good at explaining what she would be doing in and checking in to make sure I was okay. I like how she incorporated stretching into the massage as well.

Barb is amazing!! She is professional, attentive, and truly cares for her client's health and well-being. Massage is definitely her calling and she serves the profession well. She recently gained a new client in my elderly father and he's got way more pep in his step after just his first massage.
