Sad to see all these poor reviews because I had no issues when it came to follow through. As a property manager, Liz & team have been nothing but professional. She is straight forward when it comes to business and there is no fluff. I have put in at least 6 maintenance requests--although there were some delays in response, ultimately all issues were addressed. She also always returned my phone calls when there was a concern. I would recommend TRG houses.
Do not lease from these people. Liz Cantu is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. If I could give zero stars I would. Had to have a garage door repair man come fix the garage door after it just popped off the track. It happened on a Saturday afternoon and of course no one from Trumbull answered me. Cars were trapped in the garage and door was open just enough for anyone to just walk on in. The garage door from the house to garage is paper thin and only has a door knob lock. All you need to know is that you are not getting your deposit back. Liz is so slick, she will mail you an itemized list to total EXACTLY the amount of the deposit.
Ethics issues abound for her listing agents. We had an offer on a home accepted only to have her listing agent take a counter offer after our offer had been accepted.
0 stars! Absolute garbage. Liz Cantu is terrible! You can't ever get ahold of her, she isn't friendly, took forever to respond/resolve an issue, and could care less about you. I tried to get HALF of my deposit back on a rental house because I had the house professionally cleaned, fixed minor issues , and kept the house in good shape even though it needed a lot of repairs.
