Barbara helped us sell our home in San Jose. She helped us find excellent and cost reasonable painters, landscapers, stagers and inspectors. Our house looked fantastic at time of showing. We sold our house in the first open weekend with multiple offers. This was during a pandemic and during the holidays which is probably the worst time possible to sell. The best part was that her team was able to negotiate the offers and get us 10’s of thousands over asking. I would recommend Barbara to anyone!!
