My wife was referred to Dr Faile for investigation of a heart condition her parents and siblings suffer from. Dr Faile did not take her concern seriously. She just billed Medicare for a routine visit which Medicare denied. Several contacts with Upstate Cardiology resulted in no response. Result: $184 bill even though We have Medicare and a Medicare Supplement. I can not refer this practice to anyone.
Dr. Faile is patient, thorough and tender with my elderly father. She is relentless in offering help, suggestions and running tests to help us. She even wrote him a personal note of her care for him! Who does that???? She is amazing!!!
Dr. Moran-Faile is a wonderful doctor! She is willing to talk and take time with her patient. One of my friends had to go to a heart doctor and I recommenced Dr. Moran-Faile and he said that is who his doctor recommended. Today, my doctor said she is a great doctor. She is interested and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moran-Faile! She is great and caring!
