Barbara Michaluk recently assisted with the sale of my parents’ Leisure World property. I highly recommend her. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She essentially took care of everything. Her pricing of the apartment was spot on. She arranged for contractor services (painting, re-carpeting, and full clean-up) who did excellent and timely work. She attractively staged the apartment. We had a number of challenges selling my mother's Leisure World condo, and are so happy that we had Barbara working with us. She was able to handle everything that came up with confidence and professionalism, from recommending contractors to dealing with buyers backing out of sales to managing the Leisure World resale office to managing the closing when we needed to be out of state for a funeral.
