We visited Dr. Thompson several times. She was completely ready to put my child on growth hormone, until I reminded her that she had seen my daughter previously and that her prior measurements should be on file. Suddenly, it changed everything for her, and she said my daughter didn't need growth hormone anymore, just like that. It was clear throughout the visits that she didn't read anything on the charts.
