I highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for a home in the Richmond area! We were trying to purchase a home from out of state and she was so responsive and always available to take our calls. There were a variety of hiccups along the way through no fault of Barbara but she took care of each issue swiftly as well as helping us to stay calm in those situations. Her knowledge and experience helped us be confident in our home buying decisions and her personality makes her a delight to work with.

I found Barbara Lustig’s behavior in transacting to be alarmingly lacking in integrity and professionalism. She took advantage of my aging parents to sell their house below market simply because it was in a desirable area, even though they had already committed to another realtor. We all need a paycheck, sure, but her willingness to mislead inexperienced sellers should raise alarm.
