Would not recommend Dr. Lesco very condescending no beside manner
Doctor is good. No complaint. Not happy with front desk. Cancelled my appointment without informing me. Even doctor doesn't know they cancelled my appointment. I went there on time without knowing appointment cancelled. Asked a reason, was told that they THINK I cannot pay the bill so the cancelled my appointment.
Friendly office, competent staff. Dr. Lesco herself is an expert periodontist, communicative and frank, providing options and full access to relevant information.
I like Dr. Lesco. She makes me feel comfortable with any procedure she performs. The complex procedureto simple procedures she talks me through it. I think Dr. Lesco professional attitute towards her patients make me feel comfortable. I like the promote service and the positive energy with her office. I feel comfortable asking Dr.Lesco questions.
I can't say enough good things about Barbara Lesco...she and her staff made me feel like I was the only patient they had. I had to endure a lot of unpleasant procedures and Barbara made me as comfortable as possible. She's an angel and her staff is wonderful!
Dr.Lesco is a very good dentist. I enjoy her patience with me. I try my best too be a cooperative and good patient. Dr. Lesco answers questions and make me feel she is very concern about my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Lesco. Sincerely, Deirdre Kpodo
Dr. Barbara Lesco I like Dr. Lesco attude towards her patients. She makes me feel comfortable when I had a simple procedure and when I had surgery. Dr. Lesco is well-educated in her profession, and educates her patients about taking better care their teeth.I feel comfortable asking Dr. Lesco questions she does not make me feel stupid. I was a patient of Dr. Lesco. While I found her knowledge and expertise thorough, her manner was, quite frankly, patronizing and insulting. She made me VERY uncomfortable. Her manner induced me to seek a second opinion (something which I have NEVER done before). Generally, I am not concerned with 'chair-side' manner, but hers was so egregious that I actually won't go back. It is possible that I caught her on a 'bad day'. However, part of being a professional is not letting your patients feel that you are having a bad day.
