I had her as a doctor for 15 years, and she was the BEST! She showed concern to my problems and gave great care.
I would highly recommend Dr. Phillps, she has been my PCP for almost 20 years and has gone beyond and above with any issue or medical problem I have had. She listens, she understanding, she is through, there isn’t enough I could say about her, she is an amazing doctor.
Dr. Phillips cared for my wife before she passed and collected me along the way. I've found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
There is so much I could say about Dr. Phillps, she has been my PCP for over 15 years and is caring, compassionate, understanding, listens to you and is extremely intelligent about many different aspects of healthcare. Dr. Phillips is thorough and spends as much time as you need. Just expect to wait longer than usual for your appointment because she is doing the same thing for other patients too. She is kind and a good listener. The only thing that slipped through the cracks was we talked about starting a new prescription and it did not get prescribed. That will be easily fixable once I call but shouldn't happen.
Dr Phillips is a special medical professional that crosses excellent care with great bedside manner. She gives you her undivided attention and looks at the whole picture.
Dr Phillips is the first physician I’ve ever had who didn’t treat me like a number. She has excellent bed-side manners, she listens, presents information in a factual way without judgement allowing me to make my own informed decision about what is best for me. I really like Dr. Phillips - been going there for years. But would like to know what's going on. When I called today I get a message the office is closed need to call back during normal business hours. And the message said it was Hartford Healthcare Manchester Family Medicine. Talked to the answering service and left a message but they don't know a thing. No letter, no info from the doctors office for this kind of change??? It's very odd - anyone know what's going on????
I have been a patient of Dr Phillips for years. She takes time to get to know you and your concerns. I have never felt like I was just a number to her She is genuinely concerned about you and will do everything she can do to help you. Yes, sometimes there is a small wait but I am sure that is due to her spending the time that is needed for her to care for her patients.
