Dr. Mols is wonderful caring physician. Her staff is awful. One of her young LPN is rude and treats me like I am an idiot. I also cannot get a word in edgewise when I call and try to speak to her staff. Her RN I think ( Maureen is her name) is fine, but the rest of her staff is something to be desired. I give Dr. Mols 5 stars but her staff 1 star. there for 1 star for this rating.
Dr. Mols was incredibly informative and kind — I felt really supported and well cared for throughout my visit. Also, a big thank you to Angie, who was so helpful and accommodating when I needed to reschedule my appointment. The whole experience was smooth and genuinely appreciated!
I don't appreciate Cheryl being rude to my mother every time she calls. if your staff can't get it together, fire them. it's not that hard. then you all gave her the wrong meds 🤦🏽♀️
Dr. Mols-Kowalczewski is kind and thorough. I am so grateful that I was able to see her to have my medical issues addressed
