Receptionist has poor attitude and unwilling to help, feels entitled because she's "been in the business 32 year"
Dr. Merlo told me my daughter had eight cavities and that if they were not taken care of that her school could call child services on me for neglect. Previous dentist found only a month before. She then grabbed pulled my daughter's arm to put her in the chair, while my daughter held onto me. I was about to put her in the chair. My five year old is crying then and I am trying to calm her. Dr. says, " are we done yet?" we left. Parents are not allowed in the room while they strap children down.
Horrible. Parents not allowed in room. They use restraints on children who cry or get upset during procedures
