Very efficient and kind
Dr. MacCollum reviewed my paperwork from my previous Dr and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. She did an exam and asked about my health. She was easy to talk to and answered my questions.
Dr Barbara McCollum is professional, knowledgeable and courteous and make you feel that you are in good hands.
In addition to the wonderful care I am receiving, I particularly appreciated that when I said I didn't know how to use the patient portal, other arrangements were made so I could communicate by email with the doctor. The office staff is also very helpful.
I have been going to her for many years and she is still a Fantastic Dr I have 100 % trust on everything she does !
