Was very pleasant to talk with. I recently moved to the area and had to give past medical information. She was patient with my litany and asked questions for clarifications along the way. i found the entire visit to be very enjoyable. As a side note, me phlebotomy experience was amazing! I usually have multiple pokes and end up wearing long sleeves for days. Not here! Extremely rude, uncaring and difficult to work with. Staff was also rude. Came to see her for an urgent issue and she refused to even speak to me. Will never see her again
