Competent, thorough and kind
It has been a year since I became a patient at Oak Street, I have seen here 3 times. I am supposed to see her monthly and she has cancelled everyone of my appointments since June. Even the one I would've had on Friday 8/23/25. I have some major health issues, that scans, ultrasounds and other testings could not be completed because the referrals never got sent.
