I paid $450 for permanent eyebrows. The end result was amateurish. My brows are uneven and one is even darker than the other. I made several attempts for a follow-up visit and Barbara did not return my calls or texts. I am truly disappointed at her unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend her services.
