Dr. Lazio is an amazing doctor and I always received great care at the neurology clinic. It is a shame that you are closing it.
Dr Lazio is an amazing asset for her clinic and it's upsetting that providence is getting rid of their neurosurgery clinic

I was experiencing a spinal headache. From the front desk staff, MA, Nurses, and Dr. Lazio were all extremely accommodating and understanding to my limitations. I needed to lay flat so they made sure I was comfortable in the room in that position and was examined as much as possible in the prone position and only elevated when needed for Neuro exam.
