Terrible, air conditioning is very bad. You cant control the temperature in your own apt. When it gets too cold, they dont turn it up and might go for 4 days without any action. My neighbor moved out because of this and I also can't wait to leave this place. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other people's apt even if the people themselves are not particularly loud. It gets unbearable when the neighbors are actually loud. Stay away from this place.
Oakmark management is absolutely careless. Used to be a great building to live in until they took over. They rarely have people clean the hallways, they’re disgusting with bugs everywhere, never answer any phones or emergency lines, turned off heat for the season a couple weeks ago, so apartments have been 45 degrees and we have no control over the temperature. They once left us without power for 16 hours during a heat wave in July. Photos are what the entry way has looked like for a month.
