From pricing to staging to photography and copywriting, Barbara was knowledgeable and insightful. She knows the area, and immediately saw the value of my property, and how to properly present it so that prospective buyers could appreciate the value as well.With her guidance the showings, inspections, and repairs were smoothly coordinated.
