We had a very positive experience working with The Ciment and Shields Team throughout the renovation, marketing, and sale of our property. From the beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They handled the renovation process with great attention to detail and did an excellent job transforming the property and preparing it for the market. The improvements made a significant difference in the overall appearance and appeal of the home. They also handled the property's marketing very well. The home wa... read more
I recommend Bracha "Brooke" Charner without reservation. She was so knowledgeable, patient and informative as we did our home search from Southern California. Working with Bracha/Brooke was an absolute pleasure. She combines deep real estate knowledge and strong business acumen with great instincts and a sensitive personal touch. She is always looking for the easiest and most straightforward way to solve any issues/challenges/obstacles encountered. She always delivers what she promised and never disappoints. She makes the process of selling a home much easier, and the reduced "headache" is a welcome and refreshing break. I would recommend Bracha/Brooke to anyone looking to buy or ... read more
Judi Shields did an excellent job as my real estate agent, carefully explaining the process, identifying options and connecting to a buyer with a sale structure that fit my needs perfectly. She had a deep understanding of the local market conditions, and was careful to position the sale for the maximum possible benefit.Very supportive, but willing to be candid as needed to ensure the process moved to a swift and mutually satisfying conclusion for all parties. I would give the highest recommendation.
Brooke Charner did an amazing job with us! This was our first home purchase and she walked us through every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable and helped us put our strongest offer together. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!
