I'm new in town and needed a blowout for some professional photos. I happened to find this salon and I'm so happy I did! I've been to many, many salons in my day and I have high standards for blowouts, and Blake did an amazing job, giving me one of the best blowouts I've ever received. I am super happy with how it turned out and I've been getting compliments all day. Also, the salon is super cute and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend Blake's services!
Blake exceeded all of my expectations and gave me the hair of my dreams. If you need your hair or makeup done, go see her she is the BEST!
First off I gotta mention how cute, clean, and welcoming the ship looks and feels. Secondly the owner Blake, truly an angel! Very easy to talk to, and amazing at what she does, on top of it all, super kind. 100% recommend going to see Blake!!!
I had my make up and hair done for my brother’s wedding at Barbara Blake’s Salon. She was so patient with me as I wanted a bit less foundation and don’t like as much of a bronze look and worked with me until I was happy. She was so kind and I loved the outcome. I would most definitely recommend!
I wish I could gate keep this gem but Blake deserves all the praise! I went in for a bridal hair and make up trial and absolutely loved how it came out. After many failed attempts at finding a stylist to do the “Hollywood” waves in Gainesville, I’m so happy to have found Blake. Highly recommend to anyone looking for bridal(and hair) needs!
