Many years ago my friend Barb and I trained together. Basically she would blow me away in our workouts. She was always positive, motivating, well versed in exercise AND incredibly funny. Barb tried hard to get me to eat better and told me I would be stronger and faster with better nutrition. 20 years later I realized how right she was! B, you still look great!
Barbara is my personal trainer today and has been since 1999. I have nerver meet anyone with the knowledge (Cal Poly grad) , professionalism and living a life that she teaches! Amazing person and trainer. Congrats on adding Vasper and Fit Lab!
