BJ is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic professional, and explains everything very well and to my understanding. I feel very well cared for. The cardiac scheduling staff are not so professional. They have made it almost impossible for me to reschedule an appointment that they canceled. I am still not sure that I can be on time for this appointment (do you work) and they informed me if I am late they will not see me. Very unhappy! BJ is very kind, thorough, and smart. She takes the time to listen and help her patients. I really like her and the way she treats her patients.
