Horrible experience each time I have to go or call in for something - the staff working the desk are very rude and always act like it's an inconvenience to do their job; I have had to wait over an hour just to see the NP for the 5 minute for a quick update; I have been a patient for 1.5 years and on the same medication (amount and all) for this whole time and now I suddenly have to go every 3 months for a prescription refill? As a few people have already stated, Barbara Baker is horrible and should not be practicing medicine. She berated and spoke to my mother like she was an idiot. Told her there are no significant side effects of coming of daily medicinal marijuana (which was done to help for sleep aid) which is scientifically false. My mother’s clinic said that Ms. Baker would be helpful which is the opposite of what she was.
