Horrible experience each time I have to go or call in for something - the staff working the desk are very rude and always act like it's an inconvenience to do their job; I have had to wait over an hour just to see the NP for the 5 minute for a quick update; I have been a patient for 1.5 years and on the same medication (amount and all) for this whole time and now I suddenly have to go every 3 months for a prescription refill?
