If this is the same woman that had a shop on Southern in Mesa years ago then stay away. Oh she seems fine at first, but watch out she'll tun on you for no apparent reason. After taking many items to have altered and mainly shirts. One time I gave her explicit instructions as I had many other times before without any issues. I went to pick up the item as scheduled. Barbara Ann was amazing! We had a destination wedding with my 92 year old mother coming at the last minute. I needed her pants shortened and Barbara Ann was so kind and immediately said she would take care of it. She did a fabulous job and Mom was ready for the wedding. Thank you!
