I have used Barbara Ann's for several years however, I will use them again. The last few times I have been given a date and time to pick up my alteration only when I get there it is not ready and I must return or sit there wait some times up an hour. Last week I took in shirts for my son in law and was told I must prepay. I promised them by 4 pm on mon. when my daughter came at 4 to pick them she had to wait 40 min for them to be finished. AWFUL !!!! From the moment she answered the phone I should have known BUT I took 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I went and put them on, The gal made a cuff asked me if I liked it ? I said yes . She then said OK I will match them all to this length . She said they would be ready Wed. and that they would call. I never received a call so on Thursday at 3pm I called to see if they were ready and thats when the little gal said..... she was up until 2am because of me !!
