Dr Heckler has been amazing during my recent condition. Very attentive, like you can’t find anywhere else!
Meh, long wait and maybe was seen 20 mins, didn't seem very warm or engaging and basically just looked at computer while I would talk. Long silence even after I would speak and say something. Such a looooooong wait for nothing. Promised follow up, but never heard anything back.

Have been going to her for over 10 years. She genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. Although it does take a longer time to be seen by her, it is 100% worth the wait.
