I love the staff, because they are very cordial and kind. My doctor is kind, transparent, cordial, and is concerned about one's wellbeing.
I wish my other doctors hadn't retired. This one needs to retire. She doesn't actually listen and answer, just answers. Her public photo is very misleading. I'd guess she is in her 60s and I was looking for a younger doctor who wouldn't be retiring soon. She's just occupying space. I have been there at least 6 times and get no value out of it. Most recently it was worse than neutral as I felt badgered for not getting both booster shots of the Covid vaccine. Back to the search for a new doctor.
I will NEVER return to this practice, & I recommend NOBODY ELSE goes there either!!! I had an appointment scheduled, but the "head nurse, Michelle" (who ended up hanging up on me) called me less than 3 hours before my appointment to tell me that they're going to have to cancel my appointment because I've rescheduled 9 times (of which she could only tell me about 5 times), even though at least ½ of them were given more than a 24 hour notice!!!
