I visited her multiple times trying to get my problem resolved and she treated me very poorly, speaking to me as if there weren’t options for treatment. She was very forceful with her treatment and drove me away from seeking help at all.
She is very competent; usually available to speak to. Watches over he staff well
I went to her over a year ago because I was having pain and swelling in my armpit/shoulder area and had been experiencing these symptoms for more than a year. when I was telling her about my symptoms she kept giving me this look like she didn't believe me. Finally she examined my sweaty armpit with her bare hands and told me to come back when it was actively hurting, lol. She said I was due for a mammogram and that I would get a referral call...I never did. I left her office feeling stupid and like nothing serious was wrong.... read more
At my annual visit she was very engaging. Checking on my progress and answering my questions. She always acts like I'm her only patient
The doctor is excellent. Always listens to all concerns. Takes time so you don't feel rushed. Very personable. She was able to get some additional testing I needed scheduled at another facility on the same day. Other staff members of the office are also attentive and wonderful.
Terrible bedside and made me feel like a criminal. I will not return and suggest to anyone who considers Dr. Bumberry to look elsewhere.
