Unfortunately a really disappointing experience. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Really disappointing especially in the service department. A bad review was discussed for disrespectful issue towards me to be resolved but they could not care less. And I am not someone who writes bad reviews. This is the only bad review I have ever given. Really disappointing especially representing such an iconic brand. Thanks Cordell in service and one of the female receptionist to be treated so poorly
I came in and staff really judge you based on your looks. For me there was no welcome, no attention, no support just judgmental looks, making Ferrari lose a potential customer, on the other hand i went into Lamborghini and i straight away got greeted by a nice gentleman who was interested in me. Barbagalo needs to improve their customer service
