Very bad customer service . Ordered a simple car part months ago paid in advance still waiting . Everytime I call to check on the order same replies. We will call you for the update and never call back . Frustrating.

Fantastic array of cars. Some classy looking vehicles to choose from. Barbagallo Abarth Fiat were extremely supportive of the Fiat Lancia Car Club of WA, providing 2 x demo models for the 75th Anniversary Abarth display at the 2024 Classic Car Show. Thanks to Liam Price for your support and time.

Took my car in for a diagnostic test and did not hear anything further after I picked up my car which is under warranty. I called to see what the next step was and was told he’d call me back and that was 2 weeks ago…I’m not waiting. I’ve gone to another business who have been great with communication and service.

I have a fiat 500 still under warranty, a back passenger tyre burst 2 weeks ago and fiat don't want to know, they only called back once in that time, it's a good year problem, felt hung out to dry!

I recently brought my Fiat Punto to Barbagallo's for service. The car was washed and the service very quick. Unfortunately, after the service there was an issue that meant the car had to return, however, Joe Cuccovia, was amazingly helpful and supportive and returned the car to me, with the issue resolved in a very short time. I wanted to thank Joe for his fabulous and attentive service. Congratulations.
