Roy is very personable and has excellent communication skills. His knowledge of the area is superb. He is well-organized when it comes to paperwork, and that is a definite relief when buying a house. He checked in on us after the sale to make sure the move-in went smoothly.
Roy might be the finest agent in the Philly area. We bought AND sold our last house through him. My wife and I were new to pretty new to the process and had no idea what we were doing, but Roy was patient and walked us through everything. Generous with his time and effort. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
