New clinic.
I just want to thank everyone at the Baraboo Clinic, always so friendly and helpful, Dr. Oberholzer is awesome and Basha on the phone information is so nice and you can tell she really cares about the patient, best thing I ever did was sign on with the VA health care !
Many of us veterans were pleased when the primary care Doctor retired. She had a habit of copying and pasting information from previous visits. This meant attention was only being given to medical issues that occurred years back, and new complaints and concerns were not being addressed or properly and accurately documented. Unfortunately, the doctor's replacement has been doing the same exact thing, and without the benefit of being an MD, as the replacement is a nurse practitioner, not a doctor.
