I spoke to the manager, Jim to inquire about a 10x15 and 10x20 unit to rent. I was open to either size. I clearly told him I only want pricing and availability to those 2 sizes. Well he started giving availability to 10x10, and bigger than 10x20 units. I told him several times I was only interested in the 2 sizes I mentioned. Then he HUNG UP on me! Terrible place terrible customer service storage unit was in terrible condition
Always hold kicking you out over your head. Extremely rude. Over priced. Threw some trash in the trash can and instantly was asked to Leave. No warning
Very rude. The place is a mess and they don’t treat you well!
