Very polite and helpful service. We get a big Christmas wreath and balsam roping here every year for outdoor holiday decorations. The quality is always top notch and the service is personal and warm. Highly recommend.

I live far from my hometown and rely on online ordering for some relatives' birthdays. I always have excellent customer service; if there is the slightest difference in the arrangement I select, they call and explain the change (usually from one flower variety to another due to seasonal availability) and make sure I am satisfied. The arrangements are fresh and beautiful. Thank you!

Horrible customer service! I knew it was a red flag when the florist Patti Didn’t know how to send me an invoice for the flowers but I gave her the benefit of doubt I Put a huge order in for my engagement party so of course I wanted a sample of my bouquet with the adjustments especially because these bouquets are the staple of my decor .. I was horrified at what she put together !! And tried to charge me $65 and tell me I need to find another florist in less then 3days from my party!! If I could give zero stars I would! This is my floral go-to place in the area. They provide great service and attention to detail. The floral arrangements have been beautiful and delivery service prompt! They always call should something is not available and would replace by another beautiful arrangement non the less! I appreciate the service you provide! Also the personal message was beautifully hand written which gives even more of a personal touch to the order!! Will recommend without reservations!! Thank you!!
