They are very professional and decent prices and they are on the Ball and deliver happiness to everyone I send flowers to..
I had a very disappointing experience with this florist. I ordered flowers for a friend who had just lost a parent, and on the day of delivery I was called and told they didn’t have flowers in stock. The employee said we could “wait a day because it’s not like it’s for a funeral or anything,” which felt extremely rude and insensitive given the circumstances, especially for an $80 order meant to express sympathy.
